We met up with Executive Chef Ben Thoen of the Blackwoods group to get his take on Epicurean product. Ben uses a bunch of Epicurean product in the numerous restaurants he manages so it was awesome to hear what he liked and was able to point out to me to photograph and feature for Epicurean marketing. He was also willing to do an Out + About with us and a profile on his story becoming a chef.
