O+A Lowry Hill Meats
We met up with Erik Sather of Lowry Hill Meats to get his take on Epicurean products. Erik is a chef, butcher and owner of Lowry Hill Meats in Minneapolis MN. I had met Erik randomly at an event he was hosting at his shop and I noticed all the Epicurean product he was using, so I asked if he liked it and would be willing to let me get some shots of him doing his thing. He agreed and was willing to let us get some video for our Out + About initiative as well as a profile on him that we’ll use in Epicurean marketing.
