We wanted to spice up some of the empty walls we had around the Epicurean building. With a tape measure and some ideas of shapes we’d like to look at. We knew Armisen would approve of putting a bird on it.. so we thought, what better way to showcase the material we use in for our cutting boards and show off our manufacturing capabilities. and bam! now everyone that tours the place wants one too..
