Arbor Wood Co. offers thermally modified timber for a variety of outdoor and indoor applications. AWCo Thermally Modified Timber is domestically-sourced and sustainably harvested wood which undergoes a value-added thermal modification process. The result is high-quality, performance-driven timber, which sustains the natural beauty and design element of wood.

It’s been really fun to help build and define a brand that has become a rising material in the market. Being able to see what designers and architects do with this ingredient is amazing.

Concept: Build a brand around a process that takes native (midwest) softwoods and modifies them without chemicals to work as exterior cladding and decking.
